Attorney Profile

Attorney C. David Ward has been an attorney since 1975. From 1975 to 1984 his primary focuses were in the field of real estate and financial planning for distressed businesses. In 1984 recognizing that in many ways families who are facing dissolution of marriage need help in restructuring their changing economic needs, Attorney Ward moved into the family law field while increasingly helping people in financial distress. From 1986 to date he has expanded a growing practice in helping people get relief from debt and plan for the future using the bankruptcy laws of the United States. His firm, Illini Legal Services is a debt relief agency helping debtors gain their financial freedom through bankruptcy.

Mr. Ward earned his Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School in 1975. He also has a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts from Tulane University in New Orleans. He is a member of the Kane County and Illinois Bar Associations.
